An outing with colleagues on a rare occasion where we have an unexpected off day due to natural disaster happen in Penang. On the 7th Nov 2016, There was a heavy rain since midnight has caused landslide and road collapse at Teluk Bahang, Penang. The damage has lead to road closure and no cars is allow to go through and motorbikes is only allowed at certain hours. Clearing works in progress to repair the road and not sure when will it be done and reopen to public.
So how does it actually affect me? Of cause, the big boss Mr Goh announced that Entopia will be closed to public for 1 day on the 8th Nov due to the road closure. Staff and visitors unable to access to Teluk Bahang area."Syok betoi" don't have to work but the closure requires staff to replace with their leaves. Oh well, is fine for me cause I have a lot of leave that unable to clear.
Then in the early morning on the 8th Nov, where one of my colleague Ms Nanz invited me out for early movie in the cinema at Gurney Paragon. Together with other colleagues after the show we went for some coffee break at The Mangoes Café.

Overall, It was just a small cafe and there is nothing much to shout out on the menu as there is only limited selections. But it was actually quite a good place to chill and surprisingly relaxing. As usual we have our silly chats and that pretty much sum up the day for me till noon.
